Please note: If you’re inquiring about a pre-order, production can take up to 16 weeks. If you haven’t heard from us, that means everything is proceeding as planned. Please wait to contact us until we’re closer to the 16-week mark, as we don’t send updates until your shoes are ready to ship. You can see the date of your order on the confirmation you received at the time of your purchase.

For in-stock shoes, these are usually mailed out within a few days.
